V\u010faka tomu sa z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed hromadn\u00e9ho on-line stretnutia a\u017e 250 \u013eud\u00ed a m\u00f4\u017eete vysiela\u0165 pre tis\u00edce div\u00e1kov. <\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.idoklad.sk\/cennik\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">iDoklad<\/a> \u2013 na komunik\u00e1ciu s \u00fa\u010dtovn\u00edkom a automatiz\u00e1ciu fakturovania vysk\u00fa\u0161ajte iDoklad. Ide\u00e1lne <strong>aspo\u0148 dva metre<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ak m\u00e1te mo\u017enos\u0165, <strong>noste r\u00fa\u0161ko \u010di respir\u00e1tor a tie\u017e ochrann\u00e9 rukavice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u010co ke\u010f sa dostanete do karant\u00e9ny?<\/h2>\n<p>Po n\u00e1vrate zo zahrani\u010dia alebo pri akomko\u013evek podozren\u00ed na koronav\u00edrus nariadila vl\u00e1da 14-d\u0148ov\u00fa karant\u00e9nu. V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee m\u00e1 v\u00e1\u0161 zamestnanec tzv. PN a <strong>mus\u00ed zosta\u0165 doma<\/strong>. Nechod\u00ed von, teda ani do pr\u00e1ce \u2013 pri poru\u0161en\u00ed karant\u00e9ny mu hroz\u00ed pokuta a\u017e 1 659 eur. <\/p>\n<p>Ak sa zamestnanec c\u00edti dobre a\u202ffirma m\u00e1 vhodn\u00e9 podmienky, m\u00f4\u017ee pracova\u0165 z domu. V tom pr\u00edpade zamestnanec dost\u00e1va <strong>pln\u00fd plat<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>V pr\u00edpade, \u017ee pracova\u0165 nem\u00f4\u017ee, mus\u00edte pod\u013ea z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce zamestnanca z pr\u00e1ce ospravedlni\u0165. Podmienkou je zaplaten\u00e9 soci\u00e1lne poistenie a celodenn\u00e1 starostlivos\u0165 o die\u0165a do 10 rokov a 364 dn\u00ed veku. \u017diados\u0165 o o\u0161etrovn\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.socpoist.sk\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">vypln\u00edte on-line<\/a> \u2013 formul\u00e1r stiahnete z webu pois\u0165ovne a m\u00f4\u017eete ho odosla\u0165 e-mailom. <\/p>\n<p>O o\u0161etrovn\u00e9 <strong>musia znovu po\u017eiada\u0165 aj rodi\u010dia<\/strong>, ktor\u00ed ho z\u00edskali u\u017e v minulom t\u00fd\u017edni, kedy z\u00e1kaz fungovania \u0161k\u00f4l e\u0161te neplatil na celom Slovensku. <\/p>\n<h2>\u010co ke\u010f zamestnanci chc\u00fa zosta\u0165 doma<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00f4\u017eete sa kedyko\u013evek dohodn\u00fa\u0165 na <strong>dovolenke, neplatenom vo\u013ene<\/strong> alebo <strong>pracovnom vo\u013ene s n\u00e1hradou mzdy<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 si zamestnanec odpracuje nesk\u00f4r.  <\/p>\n<p>Pam\u00e4tajte, \u017ee <strong>zdravie<\/strong> v\u00e1s a va\u0161ich zamestnancov <strong>je najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<h2>\u010co ke\u010f nie s\u00fa z\u00e1kazky<\/h2>\n<p>Zamestnancom m\u00f4\u017eete nariadi\u0165, aby do pr\u00e1ce nechodili. V tom pr\u00edpade ide o tzv. <strong>prek\u00e1\u017eku v pr\u00e1ci na strane zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea<\/strong> \u2013 po dobu trvania prek\u00e1\u017eky maj\u00fa zamestnanci n\u00e1rok na n\u00e1hradu mzdy v priemernej v\u00fd\u0161ke. <\/p>\n<p>M\u00f4\u017eete sa v\u0161ak so zamestnancami dohodn\u00fa\u0165 na <strong>\u010derpan\u00ed n\u00e1hradn\u00e9ho vo\u013ena<\/strong> \u2013 za predpokladu, \u017ee ho doty\u010dn\u00fd e\u0161te nem\u00e1 vy\u010derpan\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ou mo\u017enos\u0165ou je dohoda o <strong>\u010derpan\u00ed dovolenky<\/strong>. Nariadi\u0165 dovolenku, ale nem\u00f4\u017eete zo d\u0148a na de\u0148. Zo z\u00e1kona to mus\u00edte ozn\u00e1mi\u0165 14 dn\u00ed vopred a skr\u00e1tenie lehoty je mo\u017en\u00e9 iba so s\u00fahlasom zamestnanca. <\/p>\n<h2>V krajnej situ\u00e1cii preru\u0161te \u017eivnos\u0165 <\/h2>\n<p>Ak c\u00edtite, \u017ee je toho na v\u00e1s naozaj ve\u013ea, m\u00e1te mo\u017enos\u0165 preru\u0161i\u0165 svoju \u017eivnos\u0165 \u2013 a to aj bez udania d\u00f4vodu. Vyu\u017eite na to \u00fastredn\u00fd port\u00e1l verejnej spr\u00e1vy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.slovensko.sk\/sk\/titulna-stranka\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">www.slovensko.sk<\/a>, kde h\u013eadajte Slu\u017eby \u017eivnostensk\u00e9ho registra.  <\/p>\n<p>Pripravte si: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ob\u010diansky preukaz s elektronick\u00fdm \u010dipom pripraven\u00fd na elektronick\u00e9 podpisovanie, <\/li>\n<li>\u010d\u00edta\u010dku \u010dipov\u00fdch kariet, <\/li>\n<li>aplik\u00e1ciu na prihlasovanie (eID klient). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Po odoslan\u00ed elektronick\u00e9ho formul\u00e1ra zaplat\u00edte spr\u00e1vny poplatok 2 eur\u00e1 a n\u00e1sledne v\u00e1m bude doru\u010den\u00e9 <strong>potvrdenie o preru\u0161en\u00ed \u017eivnosti<\/strong>. Zdravotn\u00fa pois\u0165ov\u0148u o zmene informuje \u017eivnostensk\u00fd \u00farad.
