Ako transformova\u0165 svoj biznis, aby sme v aktu\u00e1lnej situ\u00e1cii pre\u017eili? M\u00e1me prep\u00fa\u0161\u0165a\u0165 alebo do\u010dasne zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 platy?<\/em> Tento pretlak ot\u00e1znikov v n\u00e1s vytv\u00e1ra neistotu, ktor\u00fa n\u00e1\u0161 mozog apriori nezn\u00e1\u0161a. Kon\u0161tantne zva\u017euje plusy a m\u00ednusy t\u00fdchto my\u0161lienkov\u00fdch experimentov a simuluje, ako by sme sa c\u00edtili pri samotnej realiz\u00e1cii jednotliv\u00fdch variantov. Procesovanie t\u00fdchto neist\u00fdch scen\u00e1rov si vy\u017eaduje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fa aktivitu n\u00e1\u0161ho organizmu, \u010do m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobova\u0165 nadmern\u00e9 vy\u010derpanie a stres.<\/p>\n<h2>Ako reaguje mozog na zmenu<\/h2>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00edm d\u00f4vodom pre\u010do aktu\u00e1lnu zmenu m\u00f4\u017eeme vn\u00edma\u0165 ako nepr\u00edjemn\u00fa, je to, \u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 mozog \u010dasto zmenu interpretuje ako <strong>potenci\u00e1lne ohrozenie<\/strong> a preto sa jej sna\u017e\u00ed vyhn\u00fa\u0165. Ak tak neurob\u00edme, m\u00f4\u017eeme sa stretn\u00fa\u0165 s dvoma protichodn\u00fdmi a neflexibiln\u00fdmi reakciami na nov\u00fa realitu. \u010castou stresovou reakciou zvykne by\u0165 &#8211; bu\u010f <strong>extr\u00e9mne zveli\u010dovanie potenci\u00e1lnej hrozby<\/strong> alebo naopak <strong>vytes\u0148ovanie  \u2013 \u201ezatv\u00e1ranie si o\u010d\u00ed\u201c pred zmenou<\/strong> a jej <strong>odmietanie<\/strong>. V tejto situ\u00e1cii sa v\u0161ak typicky c\u00edtime vystresovane, preto\u017ee sa n\u00e1m zn\u00ed\u017eila miera kontroly nielen nad podnikan\u00edm, ale aj  nad vlastn\u00fdm \u017eivotom. Ak n\u00e1m k tomu v\u0161etk\u00e9mu ch\u00fdba soci\u00e1lna opora a kontakt (ktor\u00fd by n\u00e1m za norm\u00e1lnych okolnost\u00ed pom\u00e1hal sa so situ\u00e1ciou \u013eah\u0161ie vysporiada\u0165) \u2013 situ\u00e1ciu to len zhor\u0161uje.<\/p>\n<p>Formy, ak\u00fdmi dok\u00e1\u017eeme stres a nap\u00e4tie redukova\u0165 s\u00fa obmedzen\u00e9, ke\u010f\u017ee sme v izol\u00e1cii a \u010dinnosti, ktor\u00e9 n\u00e1m be\u017ene pom\u00e1hali stres a \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 obdobie zvl\u00e1da\u0165 zrazu z na\u0161ich \u017eivotov zmizli.
