Ide o\u00a0trval\u00fdch zamestnancov s\u00a0pevne stanoven\u00fdm po\u010dtom odpracovan\u00fdch hod\u00edn za t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148. Pracovn\u00fd pomer m\u00f4\u017eeme rozdeli\u0165 na:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pln\u00fd \u00fav\u00e4zok, resp. hlavn\u00fd pracovn\u00fd pomer (HPP) \u2013 maxim\u00e1lne 40 hod\u00edn t\u00fd\u017edenne, kde zamestnanec pracuje 5 dn\u00ed v t\u00fd\u017edni<\/li>\n<li>skr\u00e1ten\u00fd \u00fav\u00e4zok \u2013 menej ne\u017e 40 hod\u00edn t\u00fd\u017edenne na z\u00e1klade dohody medzi zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom a zamestnancom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pracovn\u00fd pomer uzavierate <strong>na dobu ur\u010dit\u00fa<\/strong> alebo <strong>na dobu neur\u010dit\u00fa<\/strong>. Pracovn\u00fd pomer na dobu ur\u010dit\u00fa mo\u017eno pred\u013a\u017ei\u0165 v r\u00e1mci dvoch rokov najviac dvakr\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>Pracovn\u00fd pomer vznik\u00e1 podpisom <strong>pracovnej zmluvy<\/strong>, ktor\u00e1 mus\u00ed obsahova\u0165 minim\u00e1lne:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>druh vykon\u00e1vanej pr\u00e1ce,<\/li>\n<li>miesto v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce,<\/li>\n<li>de\u0148 n\u00e1stupu do pr\u00e1ce,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>av\u0161ak je vhodn\u00e9 doplni\u0165 pracovn\u00fa zmluvu o\u00a0\u010fal\u0161ie podrobnosti, ako s\u00fa:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>bli\u017e\u0161ie ozna\u010denie druhu a\u00a0miesta v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce,<\/li>\n<li>n\u00e1rok na dovolenku,<\/li>\n<li>v\u00fdpovedn\u00fa lehotu,<\/li>\n<li>t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00fa pracovn\u00fa dobu a\u00a0jej rozvrhnutie,<\/li>\n<li>mzdu alebo plat a\u00a0sp\u00f4sob odme\u0148ovania vr\u00e1tane term\u00ednu v\u00fdplaty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.money.sk\/novinky-a-tipy\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/05\/van-tay-media-Kab_-4M4I74-unsplash.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"668\" height=\"487\" class=\"aligncenter size-single-post-thumb wp-image-92503\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Kedy je vhodn\u00e9 zamestna\u0165 zamestnanca na HPP<\/h3>\n<p>Zamestnanca na pracovn\u00fd pomer prijmete v\u00a0momente, ke\u010f h\u013ead\u00e1te pomocn\u00fa ruku na <strong>dlhodob\u00fa spolupr\u00e1cu a\u00a0s\u00fastavn\u00fa pr\u00e1cu<\/strong>. Stabiln\u00ed zamestnanci s\u00a0osvojen\u00fdmi procesmi a\u00a0know-how bud\u00fa v\u017edy pr\u00ednosnej\u0161\u00ed a\u00a0v\u00fdkonnej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e striedaj\u00faci sa brig\u00e1dnici. Pokia\u013e sa v\u00e1m zamestnanec neosved\u010d\u00ed, m\u00f4\u017eete ho prepusti\u0165 <strong>po\u010das trojmesa\u010dnej sk\u00fa\u0161obnej lehoty<\/strong> alebo nesk\u00f4r s\u00a0mesa\u010dnou alebo dvojmesa\u010dnou v\u00fdpovednou lehotou, pod\u013ea z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce. Pr\u00edpadne, m\u00f4\u017eete ukon\u010di\u0165 pracovn\u00fd pomer so s\u00fahlasom zamestnanca, a\u00a0to dohodou.<\/p>\n<p>So zamestn\u00e1van\u00edm zamestnancov s\u00fa spojen\u00e9 nemal\u00e9 n\u00e1klady (okrem mzdy je potrebn\u00e9 plati\u0165 zdravotn\u00e9 a\u00a0soci\u00e1lne odvody), a preto je vhodn\u00e9 prija\u0165 do trval\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru zamestnanca vtedy, ak m\u00e1te pre neho dostatok pr\u00e1ce. Zamestnanca mus\u00edte plati\u0165 aj vtedy, ak im pr\u00e1cu nepridel\u00edte, ale s\u00fa fyzicky na pracovisku.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e1ca na dohodu (DP\u010c a DVP)<\/h2>\n<p>Pokia\u013e pre zamestnanca v pracovnom pomere nem\u00e1te dos\u0165 pr\u00e1ce a\u00a0potrebujete iba \u010dloveka na v\u00fdpomoc, vyu\u017eite<strong> dohodu o\u00a0pracovnej \u010dinnosti<\/strong> (DP\u010c) alebo<strong> dohodu o\u00a0vykonan\u00ed pr\u00e1ce.<\/strong> (DVP).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dohody mimo pracovn\u00e9ho pomeru pou\u017e\u00edvajp firmy na jednorazov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce alebo pr\u00e1ce mal\u00e9ho rozsahu. Pri dohod\u00e1ch neexistuje minim\u00e1lna odpracovan\u00e1 doba, ale naopak maxim\u00e1lna.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Na DP\u010c m\u00f4\u017ee zamestnanec pracova\u0165 maxim\u00e1lne 10 hod\u00edn t\u00fd\u017edenne\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Na DVP m\u00f4\u017ee zamestnanec odpracova\u0165 maxim\u00e1lne 350 hod\u00edn ro\u010dne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V\u00fdpovedn\u00e1 lehota je 15 dn\u00ed a\u00a0dohoda m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 dojednan\u00e1 na maxim\u00e1lne 12 mesiacov.<\/p>\n<p>Za zamestnancov na dohodu sa odv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa rovnak\u00e9 zdravotn\u00e9 a\u00a0soci\u00e1lne odvody ako za zamestnanca. Rovnako je potrebn\u00e9 dodr\u017ea\u0165 minim\u00e1lnu hodinov\u00fa mzdu, ktor\u00e1 je v\u00a0roku 2021 na 1. stupe\u0148 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce, a\u00a0teda v\u00a0sume 3,580 \u20ac na hodinu, ale ich mzda nevypo\u010d\u00edta koeficientom pod\u013ea n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce. Maj\u00fa ale rovnako n\u00e1rok na pr\u00edplatky za pr\u00e1cu v\u00a0sobotu, nede\u013eu a\u00a0v\u00a0noci.<\/p>\n<h3>Kedy prija\u0165 zamestnanca na dohodu<\/h3>\n<p>Dohod\u00e1rov si vezmite najm\u00e4 ako v\u00fdpomoc. Je vhodn\u00e9 ich prija\u0165, pokia\u013e sa v\u00e1m hromad\u00ed jednorazov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca alebo potrebujte trval\u00fa v\u00fdpomoc s\u00a0drobnou pr\u00e1cou, ktor\u00e1 si ale nevy\u017eaduje osemhodinov\u00e9 smeny. Alebo ak ide o\u00a0sez\u00f3nnu z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165, napr\u00edklad pred Vianocami, po\u010das zberu \u00farody a\u00a0pod. Pod\u013ea druhu pr\u00e1ce zvo\u013ete aj typ dohody.<\/p>\n<p>Existuje aj <strong>Dohoda o\u00a0brig\u00e1dnickej pr\u00e1ci \u0161tudenta<\/strong>, ktor\u00e1 \u0161tudentovi umo\u017e\u0148uje pracova\u0165 20 hod\u00edn t\u00fd\u017edenne a\u00a0je zv\u00fdhodnen\u00e1 v\u00a0platen\u00ed soci\u00e1lnych odvodov a\u017e do v\u00fd\u0161ky 200\u20ac. Tak\u00fato zv\u00fdhodnen\u00fa dohodu m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 \u0161tudent iba u\u00a0jedn\u00e9ho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea.<\/p>\n<h2>Extern\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ca na I\u010cO<\/h2>\n<p>Pravdepodobne ste u\u017e po\u010duli o \u201ezamestn\u00e1van\u00ed\u201c na I\u010cO, teda na <strong>\u017eivnostensk\u00fd list<\/strong>. Tento sp\u00f4sob zamestn\u00e1vania je neleg\u00e1lny, nako\u013eko zamestnanie je tzv. z\u00e1visl\u00e1 \u010dinnos\u0165. Z\u00e1visl\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165 definuje Z\u00e1konn\u00edk pr\u00e1ce ako pr\u00e1cu pri ktorej existuje vz\u0165ah nadriadenosti zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea a\u00a0podriadenosti zamestnanca, a\u00a0pr\u00e1cu, ktor\u00fa zamestnanec vykon\u00e1va osobne, pod\u013ea pokynov zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea, v\u00a0jeho mene a\u00a0v\u00a0pracovnom \u010dase ur\u010denom zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom, \u010do je pri v\u00fdkone \u017eivnosti nepr\u00edpustn\u00e9. Zamestn\u00e1vatelia \u201ezamestn\u00e1vanie na \u017eivnos\u0165\u201c zneu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa kv\u00f4li tomu, aby u\u0161etrili na zdravotn\u00fdch a\u00a0soci\u00e1lnych odvodoch, pr\u00edpadne aby sa vyhli povinnostiam ako prepl\u00e1canie dovolenky, \u010di ukon\u010denie pracovn\u00e9ho vz\u0165ahu s\u00a0v\u00fdpovednou lehotou.<\/p>\n<p>Samozrejme, m\u00f4\u017eete spolupracova\u0165 so
