Koho, kedy a ako vzdel\u00e1va\u0165?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Povinn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie pod\u013ea z\u00e1konov<\/h2>\n<p>Zamestnancov je potrebn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1va\u0165 na z\u00e1klade z\u00e1konov, ktor\u00e9 povinn\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie, resp. pre\u0161ko\u013eovanie zamestnancov zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eovi priamo prikazuj\u00fa. Najzn\u00e1mej\u0161\u00edm vzdel\u00e1van\u00edm je vzdel\u00e1vanie v\u00a0oblasti bezpe\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0160kolen\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti a ochrany zdravia pri pr\u00e1ci (BOZP)<\/h3>\n<p>Povinnos\u0165 \u0161kolen\u00ed BOZP vypl\u00fdva zo z\u00e1kona \u010d 124\/2006 Z. z. o\u00a0bezpe\u010dnosti a\u00a0ochrane zdravia pri pr\u00e1ci (\u010falej \u201ez\u00e1kon BOZP). \u00a0Zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e m\u00e1 tri mo\u017enosti ako toto povinn\u00e9 \u0161kolenie zamestnancov vykona\u0165:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>osobne,<\/li>\n<li>prostredn\u00edctvom vlastn\u00fdch zamestnancov<\/li>\n<li>dod\u00e1vate\u013esk\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom toto \u0161kolenie bude v\u00a0spolo\u010dnosti prebieha\u0165 zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e ur\u010d\u00ed v\u00a0internej smernici tak, aby bol ka\u017ed\u00fd zamestnanec pre\u0161kolen\u00fd aspo\u0148 raz za dva roky. Na \u0161kolenia BOZP sa klad\u00fa tri podmienky: pravidelnos\u0165, zrozumite\u013enos\u0165 a\u00a0preuk\u00e1zate\u013enos\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160kolenia BOZP je zamestnanec povinn\u00fd z\u00fa\u010dastni\u0165 sa. Spravidla je o\u00a0BOZP zamestnanec pre\u0161kolen\u00fd pri prijat\u00ed do zamestnania, pri prelo\u017een\u00ed na in\u00e9 pracovisko, zaraden\u00ed alebo preraden\u00ed na in\u00fa pr\u00e1cu, pri zaveden\u00ed novej technol\u00f3gie, nov\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho postupu, a\u00a0najmenej raz za dva roky, ako bolo spomenut\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161ie.<\/p>\n<h3>Povinnos\u0165 \u0161kolenia o\u00a0ochrane pred po\u017eiarmi (OPP)<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00e1to povinnos\u0165 vypl\u00fdva zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eovi z\u00a0Vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky MV SR o\u00a0po\u017eiarnej prevencii. \u0160kolenie je potrebn\u00e9 vykona\u0165 minim\u00e1lne jedenkr\u00e1t za 24 mesiacov. Rovnako je povinnos\u0165 pre\u0161koli\u0165 zamestnanca pri prijat\u00ed do zamestnania pred zaraden\u00edm na pracovisko. Zo \u0161kolenia sa vyhotovuje z\u00e1znam a\u00a0prezen\u010dn\u00e1 listina. \u010castokr\u00e1t sa \u0161kolenie o\u00a0ochrane pred po\u017eiarmi vykon\u00e1va spolu so \u0161kolen\u00edm BOZP.<\/p>\n<p>Rovnako zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e zabezpe\u010duje odborn\u00fa pr\u00edpravu protipo\u017eiarnych hliadok, ktor\u00e1 sa sklad\u00e1 z\u00a0teoretickej a\u00a0praktickej \u010dasti.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.money.sk\/novinky-a-tipy\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/05\/pexels-pixabay-207691.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"668\" height=\"477\" class=\"aligncenter size-single-post-thumb wp-image-99109\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>\u0160kolenie vodi\u010dov firemn\u00fdch (referen\u010dn\u00fdch) vozidiel<\/h3>\n<p>Po dlhom \u010dase rozdielnych stanov\u00edsk Ministerstva pr\u00e1ce, soci\u00e1lnych vec\u00ed a\u00a0rodiny SR a\u00a0N\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho in\u0161pektor\u00e1tu pr\u00e1ce sa zjednotil n\u00e1zor, \u017ee <strong>zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e nemus\u00ed povinne \u0161koli\u0165 vodi\u010dov firemn\u00fdch vozidiel. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ustanovenie \u00a7 39 ods. 1 Z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce, v ktorom vo vymedzen\u00ed pr\u00e1vnych predpisov a ostatn\u00fdch predpisov na zaistenie bezpe\u010dnosti a ochrany zdravia pri pr\u00e1ci s\u00fa zahrnut\u00e9 aj technick\u00e9 normy a dopravn\u00e9 predpisy je potrebn\u00e9 vysvet\u013eova\u0165 v spojitosti s oboznamovan\u00edm pod\u013ea \u00a7 7 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 124\/2006 Z. z. tak, \u017ee <strong>oboznamovanie zamestnancov s dopravn\u00fdmi predpismi m\u00e1 by\u0165 len u zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov, u ktor\u00fdch sa pohybuj\u00fa dopravn\u00e9 prostriedky na vonkaj\u0161om alebo vn\u00fatornom pracovisku vr\u00e1tane motorov\u00fdch voz\u00edkov<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 by mohli ohrozi\u0165 ich bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a zdravie. Len v tomto pr\u00edpade si tak\u00e9to oboznamovanie s dopravn\u00fdmi predpismi vy\u017eaduje charakter pr\u00e1ce, v ostatn\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e nie je povinn\u00fd oboznamova\u0165 zamestnancov \u2013 profesion\u00e1lnych a neprofesion\u00e1lnych vodi\u010dov pod\u013ea \u00a7 7 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 124\/2006 Z. z. aj s dopravn\u00fdmi predpismi.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0160kolenie poskytovania prvej pomoci<\/h3>\n<p>Povinnos\u0165 zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea zabezpe\u010di\u0165 \u0161kolenie prvej pomoci ur\u010duje \u00a7 30d, odsek 1, p\u00edsmeno h, bod 4 a 5 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 355\/2007 Z. z. Z\u00e1kon o ochrane, podpore a rozvoji verejn\u00e9ho zdravia, a\u00a0to organizovanie vzdel\u00e1vania vybran\u00fdch zamestnancov na poskytovanie prvej pomoci alebo vzdel\u00e1va vybran\u00fdch zamestnancov na poskytovanie prvej pomoci pod\u013ea osobitn\u00e9ho predpisu.<\/p>\n<p>V zmysle z\u00e1kona BOZP je zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e povinn\u00fd ur\u010di\u0165 a odborne sp\u00f4sobil\u00fdmi osobami vzdela\u0165 a pravidelne vzdel\u00e1va\u0165 dostato\u010dn\u00fd po\u010det zamestnancov na vykon\u00e1vanie z\u00e1chrann\u00fdch pr\u00e1c, evaku\u00e1cie a na poskytovanie prvej pomoci, ako aj na hasenie po\u017eiaru.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161etky uveden\u00e9 \u0161kolenia s\u00fa pr\u00edkladom pre povinn\u00e9 alebo odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00e9 \u0161kolenia pre zamestnancov. Samozrejme, nie s\u00fa to v\u0161etky povinn\u00e9 \u0161kolenia a\u00a0pod\u013ea charakteru pracoviska sa vy\u017eaduj\u00fa \u010fal\u0161ie \u0161kolenia ako nakladanie z\u00a0chemick\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami, \u0161kolenie o\u00a0bezpe\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce na pracovisk\u00e1ch, kde hroz\u00ed p\u00e1d z\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161ky alebo do h\u013abky, \u0161kolenie nakladania s\u00a0nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdm odpadom, \u0161kolenia vodi\u010dov z\u00a0povolania, \u0161kolenie zamestnancov b\u00e1nk proti legaliz\u00e1cie pr\u00edjmov z\u00a0trestnej \u010dinnosti a\u00a0pod.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f4raz je potrebn\u00e9 kl\u00e1s\u0165 nielen na dodr\u017eanie z\u00e1konom stanovenej frekvencie \u0161kolen\u00ed, ale aj na sledovanie noviniek v\u00a0z\u00e1konoch a\u00a0predpisoch t\u00fdkaj\u00facich sa danej oblasti. Z\u00a0toho d\u00f4vodu sa mnoh\u00ed zamestn\u00e1vatelia obracaj\u00fa na \u0161pecializovan\u00e9 firmy.<\/p>\n<h2>Cyklus systematick\u00e9ho podnikov\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania<\/h2>\n<p>Podnikov\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie m\u00e1 zmysel, ak nejde o n\u00e1hodn\u00e9 rozhodnutia managementu \u010di zodpovedn\u00fdch os\u00f4b, ale naopak ide o ucelen\u00fd, premyslen\u00fd \u00a0a systematick\u00fd prvok, ktor\u00fd zodpoved\u00e1 ni\u017e\u0161ie uveden\u00e9mu cyklu:<\/p>\n<p>Identifik\u00e1cia a\u00a0anal\u00fdza potrieb\u00a0\u2192 Pl\u00e1novanie vzdel\u00e1vania\u00a0\u2192 Realiz\u00e1cia vzdel\u00e1vania \u2192 Vyhodnocovanie vzdel\u00e1vania\u00a0\u2192 Identifik\u00e1cia a\u00a0anal\u00fdza potrieb<\/p>\n<p><strong>Identifik\u00e1cia vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch potrieb <\/strong>m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 realizovan\u00e1 na z\u00e1klade anal\u00fdzy. V\u00a0pr\u00edpade povinn\u00e9h vzdel\u00e1vania ide o\u00a0anal\u00fdzu pr\u00e1vnych predpisov s\u00favisiacich s\u00a0problematikou zamestn\u00e1vania os\u00f4b, bezpe\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce a\u00a0v\u00fdkonom ur\u010ditej podnikate\u013eskej \u010dinnosti. V\u00a0pr\u00edpade \u010fal\u0161ieho vzdel\u00e1vania ide o\u00a0napr. anal\u00fdzu v\u00fdkonu zamestnancov, jazykov\u00e9 testy, hdonotenie zamestnancov a\u00a0pod. Cie\u013eom f\u00e1zy \u201eidentifik\u00e1cia vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch potrieb\u201c je jednozna\u010dn\u00e9 ur\u010denie kto a\u00a0v\u00a0\u010dom m\u00e1 by\u0165 vzde\u00e1van\u00fd a\u00a0\u010do m\u00e1 by\u0165 dosiahnut\u00e9 t\u00fdmto vzdel\u00e1van\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Vo f\u00e1ze <strong>pl\u00e1novanie vzdel\u00e1vania<\/strong> je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 napl\u00e1nova\u0165 nielen term\u00edn, miesto a\u00a0dobu vzdel\u00e1vania, ale aj financie (na vzdel\u00e1vanie je potrebn\u00e9 pozera\u0165 ako na invest\u00edciu), vzdel\u00e1vacie met\u00f3dy (vzdel\u00e1vanie na pracovisku alebo mimo pracoviska), v\u00fdber \u0161kolite\u013ea (teoretik alebo praktik), pr\u00edpadne z\u00e1stup zamestnanca po\u010das vzdel\u00e1vania na pracovisku.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e1za <strong>realiz\u00e1cia vzdel\u00e1vania <\/strong>\u00a0je jednozna\u010dn\u00e1 a\u00a0ide o\u00a0samotn\u00e9 \u0161kolenie \u2013 vzdel\u00e1vania zamestnanca.<\/p>\n<p>V poslednej f\u00e1ze \u2013 <strong>vyhodnocovanie vzdel\u00e1vania<\/strong> \u2013 sa porovn\u00e1va, \u010di po absolvovan\u00ed \u0161kolenia zamestnanec dosahuje po\u017eadovan\u00e9 ciele, napr. spr\u00e1va sa po\u017eadovan\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom, dosahuje stanoven\u00e9 normy a\u00a0pod. Ide o ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa a\u00a0pomerne zlo\u017eit\u00fa f\u00e1zu, nako\u013eko ide o\u00a0ur\u010dit\u00fd druh sp\u00e4tnej v\u00e4zby. Na z\u00e1klade vyhodnotenia vzdel\u00e1vania b\u00fdva rozhodnut\u00e9, \u010di boli dosiahnut\u00e9 ciele, pr\u00edpadne \u010di je potrebn\u00e9 zamestnanca do\u0161koli\u0165 alebo pre\u0161koli\u0165 na nie\u010do in\u00e9. <strong>Op\u00e4\u0165 sa dost\u00e1vame do f\u00e1zy anal\u00fdza a\u00a0identifik\u00e1cia nov\u00fdch vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch potrieb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Mana\u017e\u00e9rske vzdel\u00e1vanie<\/h2>\n<p>Mana\u017e\u00e9rske vzdel\u00e1vanie je samostatnou kapitolou podnikov\u00e9ho vzdel\u00e1vania, ktor\u00e9 predstavuje v\u00a0mno\u017estve firiem ve\u013emi diskutovan\u00e1 t\u00e9ma. V\u00a0posledn\u00fdch rokoch sa v\u00a0r\u00e1mci mana\u017e\u00e9rskeho vzdel\u00e1vania, kam be\u017ene patrili \u0161kolenia na m\u00e4kk\u00e9 techniky (time management, leadership a pod.), \u010d\u00edm \u010falej \u010dastej\u0161ie objavuj\u00fa \u0161t\u00fadi\u00e1 BPA, MBA, MPA, DBA, LL.M. a pod.<\/p>\n<p>Tu je potrebn\u00e9 rozl\u00ed\u0161i\u0165 2 typy \u0161t\u00fadia. Prv\u00fdm typom je vy\u0161tudovanie niektorej z\u00a0univerz\u00edt v\u00a0zahrani\u010d\u00ed, tzn. \u017ee absolvent vy\u0161tudoval napr.. 5 ro\u010dn\u00fd odbor, pri\u010dom \u0161t\u00fadium zav\u0155\u0161il sk\u00fa\u0161kou, akou s\u00fa v\u00a0prostred\u00ed slovensk\u00fdch univerz\u00edt magistersk\u00e9 \u201e\u0161t\u00e1tnice\u201c. Druh\u00fdm typom \u0161t\u00fadia je tzv. profesijn\u00e9 (mana\u017e\u00e9rske) \u0161t\u00fadium, ktor\u00e9ho podmienkou je u\u017e sk\u00f4r z\u00edskan\u00fd vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fd titul, pr\u00edpadne nieko\u013ekoro\u010dn\u00e1 mana\u017e\u00e9rska prax v\u00a0danom odbore. Toto profesijn\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fadium trv\u00e1 1 \u2013 3 roky, je zameran\u00e9 na rie\u0161enie praktick\u00fdch pr\u00edkladov a konkr\u00e9tnych probl\u00e9mov, \u010do m\u00f4\u017eu \u0161tudenti vyu\u017ei\u0165 bezprostredne vo svojej vlastnej praxi.<\/p>\n<p>Ur\u010dit\u00fdm paradoxom je, \u017ee slovensk\u00fd vzdel\u00e1vac\u00ed syst\u00e9m zatia\u013e nevie pracova\u0165 s t\u00fdmto profesijn\u00fdm \u0161t\u00fadiom a jednozna\u010dne ho zaradi\u0165 do vzdel\u00e1vacej s\u00fastavy. Pri pl\u00e1novan\u00ed tohoto typu \u0161t\u00fadia je tak d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 by\u0165 obozretn\u00fd, aby v\u00e1m \u0161t\u00fadium prinieslo \u017eiad\u00faci v\u00fdsledok a nielen\u00a0 draho zaplaten\u00fd profesijn\u00fd titul v\u00a0r\u00e1mci nejak\u00e9ho r\u00fdchlo kurzu.
