T\u00e1to suma minim\u00e1lnej mzdy sa pou\u017eije pre t\u00fdch zamestnancov, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa odme\u0148ovan\u00ed mesa\u010dnou mzdou. V porovnan\u00ed s mesa\u010dnou minim\u00e1lnou mzdou platnou pre rok 2022 vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 646 eur ide o medziro\u010dn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161enie o 54 eur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hodinov\u00e1 minim\u00e1lna mzda v roku 2023 bude 4,023 eura.<\/strong> Vypo\u010d\u00edtava sa ako 1\/174 z mesa\u010dnej minim\u00e1lnej mzdy. Pre porovnanie, v roku 2022 bola vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 3,713 eura. Hodinov\u00e1 minim\u00e1lna mzda sa pou\u017eije pri t\u00fdch zamestnancoch, ktor\u00ed s\u00fa odme\u0148ovan\u00ed hodinovou mzdou.<\/p>\n<h2>Minim\u00e1lna mzda pri krat\u0161om t\u00fd\u017edennom pracovnom \u010dase<\/h2>\n<p>Mesa\u010dn\u00e1 minim\u00e1lna mzda vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 700 eur v\u0161ak plat\u00ed len pre t\u00fdch zamestnancov, ktor\u00ed pracuj\u00fa na pln\u00fd pracovn\u00fd \u00fav\u00e4zok. Ak m\u00e1 takto odme\u0148ovan\u00fd zamestnanec <strong>dohodnut\u00fd krat\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00fd \u00fav\u00e4zok<\/strong> (alebo neodpracuje v mesiaci v\u0161etky pracovn\u00e9 dni), patr\u00ed mu minim\u00e1lna mzda zodpovedaj\u00faca odpracovan\u00e9mu \u010dasu. Napr\u00edklad pri polovi\u010dnom pracovnom \u00fav\u00e4zku je pre zamestnanca odme\u0148ovan\u00e9ho mesa\u010dnou mzdou minim\u00e1lna mzda vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 350 eur.<\/p>\n<p>Podobne aj vy\u0161\u0161ie uveden\u00e1 suma hodinovej minim\u00e1lnej mzdy 4,023 eura plat\u00ed len vtedy, ak m\u00e1 zamestnanec ustanoven\u00fd 40-hodinov\u00fd t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00fd pracovn\u00fd \u010das, \u010di\u017ee vykon\u00e1va pr\u00e1cu napr\u00edklad od pondelka do piatku po 8 hod\u00edn denne (\u010dist\u00fd pracovn\u00fd \u010das bez zapo\u010d\u00edtania prest\u00e1vky). Existuje v\u0161ak aj pomerne ve\u013ea zamestnancov, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa <strong>ustanoven\u00fd t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00fd pracovn\u00fd \u010das krat\u0161\u00ed<\/strong>, napr\u00edklad chodia do pr\u00e1ce od 06:00 do 14:00, ale v r\u00e1mci toho maj\u00fa aj polhodinov\u00fa prest\u00e1vku, tak\u017ee ich t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00fd pracovn\u00fd \u010das je 37,50 hodiny. Z\u00e1konn\u00edk pr\u00e1ce ustanovuje aj maxim\u00e1lny t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00fd pracovn\u00fd \u010das. Norm\u00e1lne je najviac 40 hod\u00edn, ale napr\u00edklad pri dvojzmennej prev\u00e1dzke je 38,75 hodiny, pre mladistv\u00e9ho zamestnanca do 16 rokov 30 hod\u00edn a podobne.<\/p>\n<p>Pre t\u00fdchto zamestnancov plat\u00ed in\u00e1 suma minim\u00e1lnej hodinovej mzdy. Ak je <strong>ustanoven\u00fd t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00fd pracovn\u00fd \u010das zamestnanca ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ako 40 hod\u00edn, suma minim\u00e1lnej mzdy vyjadren\u00e1 v eur\u00e1ch za hodinu sa \u00famerne zv\u00fd\u0161i<\/strong>. Vypo\u010d\u00edta sa teda pod\u013ea vzorca: 40 \/ po\u010det hod\u00edn krat\u0161ieho t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu x 4,023 eura.
